Megan graduated a few years ago and started her career as a freelance events planner and knows she will be falling off her parents’ insurance next year.
Now that I’m done with college, started my career, and soon-to-be off of my parents’ insurance, I need a low-cost dental benefits plan that covers my basic dental needs. I have healthy teeth and, so I don’t need anything major- just some dental cleanings and maybe a few x-rays here and
there. I know how important it is to see a dentist at least twice a year, and those cleanings can be expensive if I don’t budget for them. The Basic Plan covers everything I need!
Andrew works as an inspector for an independent family-owned business in Everett that doesn’t offer dental benefits.
Even though my teeth are in good shape, I’ve recently noticed increased sensitivity in my teeth, especially when drinking cold beverages. My dentist explained that fluoride treatment could help strengthen my enamel, protect against cavities, and lower my long-term risk of costly dental
problems. Under the Basic Plan, I have access to affordable fluoride treatments (as well as preventive dental care and cleanings) to maintain my dental health and prevent bigger expenses down the road.

How much is a dental filling with dental coverage?
With the Basic Plan, most fillingsi are covered at 50% once you’ve met your deductible and a 6-month waiting period. What you pay will depend on your dentist, where you live, and if your dentist is in your plan’s network.

What is fluoride treatment?
